Basis of Payment: Includes allowance for additional work needed to make plumbing modifications needed to install meter inside residence or business by a licensed plumber in the State of North Dakota. Automated Meter Reading (AMR) System: 1. Basis of Measurement: By Lump Sum 2. Basis of Payment: Includes providing a fully functional licensed two-way AMR water reading system in the City of Mott, ND. Work includes but is not limited to providing a system fully compatible with the software and utility billing system that will be used by the City. The AMR system shall include all hardware (including handheld controller), software, a 5-year subscription and technical support to the service, and other components needed to make the system fully operational.
