Project: Covington Readiness Center Re-Roof and Fa- cility Update, Covington Readiness Center, Covington, Tipton County, Tennessee;' Plan Deposits must be certified or cashier's check payable to STATE OF TENNESSEE. Bidders bidding $25,000 or more must be licensed per state law. Five percent (5%) Bid Security may be required. Non-Dis- crimination policy applies. Question Deadline 07/08/2025 Questions must be received by Designer at least six calendar days before bid due date Bidders shall submit questions about Bidding Documents to Designer in writing. If required by the Bidding Documents, furnish Three-Year Roof Bond in the amount of: $892,593 The Project consists of the re-roof of the existing building in its entirety, as well as major renovations to the facility to remediate storm damage. **Grinder, Taber & Grinder request subs bids no later than 2:00 PM on July 15, 2025. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 7-21-2025.
