The Work, in general, consists of installing new tertiary disk filter, remove existing motor control panels/replace with new motor control panels as specified in the Contract Documents, new electrical and control components, and installation of mechanical and electrical appurtenances to Sandpiper Wastewater Treatment Plant operated by Buckskin Sanitary District, along with all related components and accessories as required to provide a complete and operable system. Bids will be opened at the office of the Buckskin Sanitary District Office, 8832 Riverside Dr. #4, Parker, AZ 85344 and the proposed bid price will be publicly read aloud immediately after the time for receiving bids has expired as set forth above. Buckskin Sanitary District reserves the right to postpone the bid opening date at any time prior to bid opening. Buckskin Sanitary District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in a bid or to withhold the award for any reason Buckskin Sanitary District determines.
