Request for Proposals (RFP) Architectural Design Services -Renovation of Tribal Facility The Colorado River Indian Tribes (CRIT) is soliciting proposals from qualified architectural firms for professional design services related to the renovation and adaptive reuse of an existing 60,000 sq. ft. facility The building, formerly used for warehouse/storage, will be reconfigured to support both warehouse and administrative functions. The selected firm will assist in all project phases from asbuilt surveys to construction administration CRIT reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and select based on best value. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
