The project consists of adding a CXT restroom, well drilling, water collection, water purification (after a water quality test), water line extension, sewer line and septic system, concrete paving, walls, ramadas, pump enclosure, and trash enclosure. Bids must be submitted via the State's e-procurement portal APP. The State reserves the right to award the base bid and any combination of alternates deemed most advantageous, may reject any or all bids, waive informalities and minor irregularities, and is not obligated to enter into any contract or guarantee actual spending under any contract.
