Question Deadline 06/30/2026 at 5:00 PM MT Please submit all inquiries to all Parties Listed: Stephen Eddy / Stacey Amador / Jesse Garza Contact Email: Stephen.Eddy@crit-nsn.gov Alternative Rep: Stacey.Amador@crit-nsn.gov Secondary Rep: Jesse.Garza@crit-nsn.gov RoofRepair Services The selected contractor shall: o Inspect the existing roofsystem. o Remove and dispose ofthe existing roofing system and all related roofing materials. o Furnish and install a complete new standing seam metal roofing system, including all necessary flashing, trim, underlayment, fasteners, sealants, and waterproofing components. o Corrugated metal roofing systems will not be accepted. o The standing seam metal roofing system shall be commercial-grade and installed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and all applicable building codes. o Ensure the new roofing system is fully weather-tight and capable of withstanding local environmental and weather conditions. o Include all labor, equipment, materials, lifts, permits, and related items necessary for a complete turnkey installation. o Dispose of all debris and maintain a clean and safe worksite throughout the duration ofthe project Exterior Door(s) Replacement The selected contractor shall: o Remove existing exterior door(s) and frames. o Furnish and install new exterior-grade door(s) Must be ADA accessible o Install all required hardware, locks, thresholds, and weather stripping. o Ensure proper fit, security, and weather sealing. o Dispose ofremoved materials and debris. 3. Project Requirements Contractors submitting proposals must provide the following: o Proof of current contractor licensing. o Proof of general liability insurance and bonding. o Compliance with all applicable local, tribal, state, and federal regulations. o OSHA-compliant safety procedures. o Warranty information for materials and workmanship. o Proposed project timeline including milestones and estimated completion date.
