Renovation of a municipal facility in Parker, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of June 23rd, 2026 this project has been canceled. The Colorado River Indian Tribes (CRIT) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to furnish, install, splice, and test outside plant (OSP) fiber optic infrastructure for its broadband deployment. The project supports CRIT's broader goal of creating and expanding reliable, high-capacity broadband services to its communities. The selected vendor will be responsible for furnishing, installing, and testing high-quality materials in accordance with recognized industry standards, attached specifications, and attached construction plans, ensuring timely execution to meet project schedules, and providing appropriate documentation and warranties. The Colorado River Indian Tribes invites proposals from qualified vendors to furnish, install, and test outside plant fiber optic infrastructure for its broadband infrastructure deployment within Riverside County and City of Blythe in the state of California. Respondents may submit written questions in advance to thai.yang@crit-nsn.gov and cc: tino@ackermancg.com no later than Tuesday, May 05, 2026 at 12pm (noon) Arizona Time. Questions submitted after this deadline will not be considered. Bid Bonds. For construction contracts exceeding $150,000, offerors shall be required to submit a bid guarantee from each bidder equivalent to 5% of the bid prices. Payment Bonds. For construction contracts exceeding $150,000, the successful bidder shall furnish an assurance of satisfactory completion. This assurance may be any one of the following five: a. A performance and payment bond in a penal sum of 100% of the contract price; b. Separate performance and payment bonds, each for 50% or more of the contract price; c. A 20% cash escrow deposit of the total contract price, subject to reduction during the warranty period, commensurate with potential risk; d. A 25% irrevocable letter of credit of the total contract price, unconditionally payable upon demand of the Tribe, subject to reduction during any warranty period commensurate with potential risk; or e. A 10% irrevocable letter of credit of the total contract price, unconditionally payable upon demand of the Tribe, subject to reduction during any warranty period commensurate with potential risk, and compliance with the procedures for monitoring of disbursements by the contractor. Receipt of proposals and interviews with the Vendor does not obligate CRIT to award a contract or pay any costs incurred in preparing said proposals. CRIT reserves the right to reject any proposals for any reason, waive irregularities, request additional information from any company, revise the RFP, extend or modify any timeframes indicated herein, and to re-issue requests for proposals.
