Renovation of a military facility in Parker, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Work under this requirement pertains to the Stoplog Lifting Beam Modification Project for the Colorado River Agency. The contractor shall provide all necessary services, including completion of required representations, certifications, and Indian Economic Enterprise documentation, to perform the modification work in accordance with the solicitation requirements. Work is to proceed following issuance of the Notice to Proceed, which will be granted after contract award and acceptance of all required bonding and insurance, and must comply with all applicable terms and conditions outlined for this project. Questions and Answers: Any questions relating to this solicitation shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist (melanie.schiaveto@bia.gov) no later than 12:00pm PD on Friday, June 5th, 2026.
