Site work for a communication facility in Parker, Arizona. Working plans call for site work for a communication facility.
Design/build services are requested for the construction of a 50-foot radio tower. The project requires a 50' Rohn 45G self-support tower, a 5' Rohn sb 45G short base for concrete, and a Rohn 25/45G universal house bracket. The scope includes construction of the concrete base, attachment of an approximately 5-pound antenna and cables, and provision of a tower climber for installation. The proposal must also include submission of a permit application to the FAA. A site plan with the tower location and a soils report are available to interested contractors. There is existing conduit access on the adjacent building. Fisher Wireless Services, under separate contract, will relocate the transmitter base and pull cable through the conduit for connection to the transmitter/receiver.
