Site work and paving for a civil project in Fairbanks, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Perform pavement resurfacing, drainage improvements, intersection improvements, and replace pavement markings, signs, and roadside hardware at West Tanana Drive and 8th Avenue. The Engineers Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 All work shall be completed in N/A Calendar Days, or by September 30, 2025. To be responsive, a bid must include a bid guaranty equal to 5% of the amount bid. The apparent successful bidder must furnish a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as security conditioned for the full, complete and faithful performance of the contract A bidder requesting assistance in viewing the project site must make arrangements at least 48 hours in advance.
