The Town of Bentley developed a schematic plan for the development of soccer fields, a running track, and parking lot as part of expanding recreational amenities in the community. In the spring of 2025, the Town of Bentley retained the services of Authenticity that will act as the Owner's representative for this project. Detailed drawings and the specifications within those drawings were completed by Authenticity. In the spring of 2025, Lacombe County assisted the Town of Bentley and self-executed the stripping, site grading and applying topsoil over the site. Topsoil was installed using large earthmoving equipment, and as such requires some degree of preparation prior to seeding. The general scope includes topsoil preparation, seeding, establishment of all seeded areas including any required temporary irrigation and weed control, and the installation of various support amenities such as furniture and pre-cast washroom structure.
