Question Submission Deadline:July 2, 2025, 12:00pm. CONSULTING SERVICES TO EVALUATE THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY, PERSISTENT WATER INTRUSION, AND ADA COMPLIANCE OF THE OAK BROOK BUTLER GOVERNMENT CENTER. Question Response Deadline:July 7, 2025, 4:00pm No proposal shall be withdrawn after opening of the proposals without the consent of the Village of Oak Brook for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled time of the proposal opening. The Village is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in response to worsening conditions at the Butler Government Center that raise immediate concerns regarding safety, accessibility, and long-term viability. The Butler Government Center, which consists of the Village Hall Building, the Heritage Center Building, and the Public Works Building, is experiencing movement indicative of serious structural issues, indicated by significant cracking, shifting, erosion, and persistent water intrusion. As with many older structures, the facilities fail to meet current ADA standards, limiting accessibility for individuals with disabilities, and requiring a plan to make accommodations for transition to compliance. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, to proceed or not to proceed with any subsequent proposal process, or to negotiate, without further process, any contract as may be in the best interest of the Village. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
