RFQ to provide Project Management Services (Services) during the Planning and Design phase pursuant to the 2023-2024 Massachusetts Public Library Construction Program (MPLCP) Planning and Design Grant issued by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners (MBLC). The OPM will represent the UFPL with regards to all activities necessary to manage the Planning and Design phase for the construction of a new library facility or the addition to/and or renovation of the Uxbridge Free Public Library on its current site or adjacent site. Submit any questions to cpowloka@uxbridge-ma.gov by 6/25/25 @ 3:00 P.M. UFPL reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
