Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, permits and labor to perform the chemical vegetation control services at the West Hill Dam Project. The West Hill Dam Project includes total of approximately 17.4 acres. The areas require maintenance spraying and spot treatments of vegetation on rock slopes, drainage areas, dam structures and fields. Chemical Utilization Spray Reports shall be submitted upon completion of chemical herbicide application. The contractor's work and responsibility shall include, but not be limited to, all job planning, programming, scheduling, administration, inspection, personnel, equipment, vehicles, fuel, materials, supplies, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the various services required herein. Work shall be performed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the Project Manager or their representative. *Note: This work requires the following submittals prior to commencement of work: ENG Form 6293 (Accident Prevention Plan Worksheet) Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) ENG Form 6282 (Site Safety and Health Officer Designation Letter) First Aid/CPR Certifications Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemicals and/or products to be used on-site.
