Site work and paving for a civil project in Fairmont, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of constructing approximately 2,400 LF of 12" water line, reconnection of eight water lines of various sizes, reconnection of 12 existing service lines, gate valves, hydrants, driveway repairs, and road crossings, and related appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bidders shall submit a Bid on a unit price basis for each item of Work listed in the unit price section of the Bid Form. Question Deadline Jul 10, 2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
