Site work for a multi-residential development in Fairmont, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development.

The Fairmont-Morgantown Housing Authority (FMHA) invites the submittal of proposals to this RFP from qualified companies interested in providing concrete repair and replacement at Columbia Street Public Housing apartment complex located in Fairmont, WV. The public housing program provides affordable rental options for low-income families and is primarily funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Responses are solicited for this service in accordance with the terms, conditions, and instructions set forth in the RFP guidelines. All questions and requests for accompanied site visits shall be directed to William Runion at wrunion@fmhousing.com Request for Proposal documents will also be mailed upon request; however, FMHA is not responsible to ensure timely delivery of mailed Request for Proposals documents. Receipt of responses does not bind the FMHA to any contract for said services, nor does it guarantee that a contract for the Project will be awarded. II. LOCATION: This project is located at Harlem Street in Fairmont, Marion County, WV. Project site is located within the city limits of Fairmont. III. SCOPE OF WORK The following areas of concrete replacement and repair shall be addressed in this project: 915 Front-4x5 pad with 4 steps 5 block high; 915 Side-4x5 pad with 3 steps 7 block high; 911 Front-4x6 pad with 1 step 4 block high; 911 Side-4x5 pad with 1 step 3 block high; 909 Front-4x6 pad with 1 step 3 block high; 909 Side-4x5 pad with 1 step 3 block high; and 907 Front-4x6 pad with 1 step 3 block high The Fairmont-Morgantown Housing Authority Neighbor Works* Home Ownership Center 907 Side-4x5 pad with 3 steps 6 block high, 905 Side-4x5 pad with 2 steps 4 block high, 903 Side-4x5 pad with 4 steps 7 block high, 900 Sidewalk 3x10 Section 902 Front-4x6 pad with 1 step 3 block high 902 Side-4x5 pad with 4 steps 7 block high 904 Front-4x6 pad with 1 step 3 block high 904 Side-4x6 pad with 1 step 3 block high 906 Front-4x6 pad with 1 step 3 block high 906 Side-4x5 pad with 4 steps 7 block high, 908 Side-4x5 pad with 1 step 3 block high. 910 Front-4x6 pad with 1 step 3 block high 910 Side-4x5 pad with 1 step 3 block high 914 Front-4x6 pad with 1 step 4 block high 914 Side-4x5 pad with 4 steps 10 block high 103,12th Street, PO Box-2738 Fairmont, WV 26555-2738 Fairmont (304)363-0860 All work shall be completed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation of materials being used and the local jurisdictional authority Contractors are responsible for removing all materials and the disposal of the materials. They must be built back to local and state code. The contractor shall be responsible for completing the work using safe work practices in accordance with OSHA IV. No Obligation FMHA reserves the right to: (1) evaluate the proposals submitted; (2) waive any irregularities therein; (3) accept any proposal (4) reject any or all proposals.
