Scope of Work Includes: o VFD installation, electrical wiring, and related components for raw water and high-service pump systems. o Compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations. Interested contractors must submit bids in accordance with the following project specifications and requirements: 1. Switchgear Installation o Furnish and install (1) new 4000A, 480V, 3-phase switchgear section. o Include (1) 1000A breaker to feed the new High Service Pump. 2. VFD Cabinet Installation o Install customer-furnished VFD cabinet for the new High Service Pump. o Furnish and install a housekeeping pad for the VFD cabinet. 3. Feeder Wiring - High Service Pump o Furnish and install 50 ft of 1000A, 480V, 3-phase feeder from new switchgear to VFD cabinet. o Furnish and install 150 ft of 1000A, 480V, 3-phase feeder from VFD cabinet to High Service Pump. 4. Control Wiring - High Service Pump o Furnish and install control wiring from High Service Pump back to VFD cabinet. o Furnish and install control wiring to VFD cabinet. o Furnish and install control and signal wiring from SCADA panel to VFD. o Furnish and install Ethernet cable from VFD to SCADA panel. o Match support structure at existing motor for new motor.
