Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty, which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. SBE, MBE, WBE and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to bid. The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. In no event will the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington consider a Contractor as eligible if he cannot initiate the work under the contract within thirty (30) days of the contract execution and proceed to the successful completion of the work within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
