Site work for a water / sewer project in Bentleyville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are invited for Contract No. 2025-01, the Burkhart, Astrid and White Street Waterline Replacement Project. Equipment and services are to be provided according to the specifications available at the offices of KLH Engineers, Inc. and the Bentleyville Municipal Authority Office. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid amount. The successful bidder is required to provide performance surety in the amount of 100% of the contract sum and comply with Pennsylvania prevailing wage requirements. Compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act 127 of 2012 through E-Verify is required. The Authority reserves the right to award or reject any or all proposals, and to waive informalities as deemed in the Township's best interest. All qualified bidders are invited to submit proposals. The Authority is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
