A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Project Description: The project consists of restoration and or replacement of the exterior historical limestone, exterior historical stone steps, building perimeter sealant envelop, exterior concrete, roofing, flag pole, and associated electrical connections / fixtures at the Courthouse located at 325 North Broadway Avenue, Shawnee, OK 74801. Bid Package #01 Exterior Site Concrete Bid Package #02 Historical Limestone Masonry (Qualified Contractors Only) Bid Package #03 Historical Stone Step Masonry (Qualified Contractors Only) Bid Package #04 Exterior Building Envelop Sealants Bid Package #05 Roof Replacement Bid Package #06 Flag Pole Installation Availability of Bidding Documents: Contract documents will be on file at the Construction Manager s Office, Construct Connect/iSqFt, Southwest Construction News and Reidprographics. Bidders may also obtain electronic access to bid documents by applying to the office of the Construction Manager. Pre-Bid Conference: A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, July 1st, at 10:30 am located at project site at 325 North Broadway Avenue, Shawnee, OK 74801. Duration of Offer: No bidder may withdraw his proposal within sixty (60) days after the date of the opening thereof. Notes: Subcontract bids over $50,000 will be required to include the cost of Performance, Payment and Defect Bonds equal to one hundred percent (100%) of their bid amount. Additional bid packages may be issued at a later date as required. Women-owned and minority business enterprises are encouraged to participate in this project. Subcontractors will be required to provide bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or other statutory permissible method in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid amount if the bid is in excess of fifty thousand ($50,000) dollars. The Owner expressly reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject any or all bids. Said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud following the time stated above. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. *Addendum 1 has been issued.
