Renovation of a transportation facility in Punta Gorda, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The project consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and permitting to replace twelve (12) existing aircraft t-hangar doors on Building 605 at the Punta Gorda Airport. A Bid Bond in the form as found in the contract documents or certified check in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid must accompany each bid. Successful bidder shall be required to execute and to provide a Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in an amount of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total value of the contract awarded to him with a satisfactory surety or sureties for the full and faithful performance of the work. Question Deadline 03/02/2026 All inquiries shall be directed in writing to Glenn DiSabatino, Project Manager at gdisabatino@pgd.com. The Charlotte County Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in or reject any or all bids and to award or refrain from awarding the contract for the work. Document note : Bidding Documents are also available for examination in the CCAA Administration Office at the Punta Gorda Airport, beginning February 9, 2026. Please contact Glenn DiSabatino, Project Manager at 941- 639-1101 ext. 141 to coordinate. No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of sixty (60) days.
