Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ottawa, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 25,000-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and 15,000-square-foot, one-story above grade library.
Construction of a new 40,000 sq ft building combining a community centre (25,000 sq ft) and a library branch (15,000 sq ft), parking and drop-off locations, pathway connections, splash pad, playground & shade structure. TIMELINE: Architect has been announced, Construction is planned to commence in 2027 and be open by 2029. Updates on design & a contact at the architect may be available late 2026. Project is being funded, in part, through the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP).
