Reference Number 0000296366 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/06/27 02:00:00 PM EDT OCH requires a qualified vendor for supplying and installing carpet flooring, portfolio wide. The requirements are detailed in Schedule A – Scope of Work. 1.1 The Work consists of "as and when required" supply and installation of new carpet and underpad in tenant occupied and non-occupied housing units. OCH's locations are identified in Schedule H Location of Work. 1.2 On average, OCH spends approximately $63K per year on supply and install of carpet flooring. 1.3 Pricing for these services shall be inclusive of installation, products, labor and supervision, tools, equipment, all travel time to and from the work site, and all other costs related to the performance of the services. 1.4 The removal of the existing carpet is not included as part of the core services, but may be requested as an additional charge. 1.5 An extra charge for moving furniture in occupied units may only be incurred and charged back to OCH with prior written approval by OCH. 20 SCHEDULING OF WORK 11.2 The Contract term will be for five (5) years (the "Term") with the option for two (2) additional one (1) year extensions. 11.3 The Contract Price(s) shall be fixed for the initial three (3) year term.
