This renovation to North Carolina State University's Polk Hall aims to address program and facility needs and prepare for coordination with the new neighbouring Integrated Sciences building. The renovation includes rework and repair to the existing façade, addition of an interior stairwell, new vertical MEP chases, replacement of elevator, and exterior rework to meet ADA and provide access to new entrance locations. There is an established 20% MWBE participation goal on this project. Historically underutilized and minority business participation is strongly encouraged.
