Replies will be issued to all bidders of record in the form of an Addendum. All bids must beaccompanied with bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or a cashier's check made payable toCongerville-Eureka-Goodfield CUSD #140 in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The bidder shall,within said ten (10) days, provide a Payment and Performance Bond, with a Surety to be approved by the district,in the amount of 100% of the cost of the contract, the cost of which shall be included in the bid The Board ofEducation reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof, to waive any informalities, errors ofirregularity in bids received or in the bidding process, and to accept the bid that the Board of Education deems themost favorable to its interest after all bids have been examined and canvassed.
