Demolition and site work for a military facility in West Pittston, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
As of August 13, 2025, the project has been awarded to the following: A.R. Popple Tkg & EXC, LLC - $78,000.00 Datom Products, Inc - $57,645.50 with the total awarded amount of $135.645. The project consists of Contract No. 1: Pre-Demolition Hazardous Materials Abatement and Contract No. 2: Building and Site Demolition. Bids will be received for two individual separate prime contracts. Bids shall be on a Unit Price basis as indicated on the Bid Form. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via the Messages/Vendor Discussions feature in PennBid. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
