Contractor to furnish necessary materials, labor, tools and equipment for the rehabilitation of Lift Station No. 3 including but not limited to cleaning, abrasive blasting, and recoating the wet well interior walls; removal, disposal, and replacement of wet well piping; and removal, disposal, and replacement of the existing concrete fence with wooden fence. Rehabilitation of the existing lift station to include power washing and cleaning of valve vault; grouting the bottom of valve vault towards the drain; abrasive blasting and recoating of valve vault piping and valves; installation of safety net at the top of the wet well and rain shield overhang on existing control panel. All work shall be Complete-in-Place, in Accordance with the Plans and Specifications. There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
