The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish an annual services agreement for specialized landscaping services, to include mowing and landscaping, at the Santa Fe Plaza and Temple Medical & Educational District (TMED) property locations. All property locations are high-profile and highly visible to the public. These areas play a significant role in shaping the City's image and are frequently visited by residents, tourists, and dignitaries. As such, they require meticulous, high-quality landscape care on a weekly basis to ensure they are consistently clean, attractive, and well-maintained. The awarded contractor is expected to prioritize these locations and perform services with an enhanced level of attention to detail, responsiveness, and professionalism. It is the City's intent to award this RFP in its entirety to one contractor. Proposers are required to bid on all locations to be considered for award. The budget for this agreement is $145,000.
