The Scope of Work (SOW) contained in the Attachments as Attachment A - Scope of Work describes the services expected for CONTRACTOR to provide the TRIBE. BIDDER must ensure all such services contained in Attachment A are provided for in every particular and shall meet or exceed the level of quality, availability, features, functionality, frequency, accuracy, and performance. All interpretations of the SOW shall be made on the basis of this statement. CONTRACTOR shall perform the services detailed below to complete this SOW. 1.1. GENERAL: CONTRACTOR shall perform the following: o Drain the pool and spa. o Prep the pool and spa by chipping & disposing of returns, lights, and main drain. o Remove and dispose of all existing mechanical pool equipment. o Remove and dispose of existing stucco and tile within pool. o Apply bonding agent. o Resurface pool with Florida stucco. o Remove and dispose of all damaged and lifting decking. o Replace all removed decking with new, and paint all decking to match existing flooring as best as possible. o Install standard liner and tile in pool and spa. o Fill pool with water, provided by the CONTRACTOR. o Verify and repair any leaks within the pool and spa have been repaired. o Provide and install: o Returns o Main drain o Jandy Aqualink Pool & Spa Kit with subpanel or equivalent o Automatic Pump & Filter System o All applicable plumbing and fixtures needed o All electrical components needed such as subpanel and breakersreplaced. o Light within pool and ensure it functions.
