Lockwood Water and Sewer District (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Phase 3 Sewer Sub district and Lockwood Subdivision Water Improvements The Project includes the following Work: Schedules 1A, 1B, and 1C - Phase 3 Sewer Subdistrict: 69,190 lf of 8, 10, 12, and 15 gravity sewer mains; 242 manholes; 74 maintenance shafts; 787 service lines; and a lift station Schedule 2 - Lockwood Subdivision Water Improvements: 6,485 lf of 8 water main and 106 service lines For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Project No - 0849.043.00 & 0849.038.97 Question deadline - 9 July 2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
