Project Description: This project will consist of stabilizing 665-ft of North Platte River bank using a bankfull bench, toewood, boulder floodplain sill, and rock vane approach. This includes acquiring and staging rock material or additional tree material (~80% of trees and staged on-site), building out the bankfull bench using onsite borrow and tree material, grading and shaping the bankfull bench, rock vane, and boulder floodplain sill. Question Deadline 07/17/2025 at 5:00 PM MT All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the online or in the form of a written addendum posted on online by 3:00 p.m. on July 24, 2025. Questions received after will not be addressed. Substantial Completion Date February 1, 2026 N/A Project Completion Date June 30, 2027 N/A Each bidder is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, if bid amount is greater than $150,000.00, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. When the bid is equal to or above $150,000.00 the successful bidder must make a good faith attempt, within twenty (20) calendar days after notification of the award, to deliver to the Procuring Agency an executed Bidder's Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of at least equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid as security for the faithful performance of the contract. **Note: The cost of the Performance and Payment Bond must be included in the bid amount. If bidder does not provide the Performance and Payment bond, the Procuring Agency may move forward with next lowest responsible bidder. A bid may be withdrawn by the bidder up to the time and date of the bid opening. Bids can be withdrawn through the Public Purchase online bidding system before the due date and time set forth in this document. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid opening. Bids which modify any of the provisions of the Bidding or Contract documents will not be considered. If a bid is accepted and the bidder then fails to furnish any portion of the services agreed to in the bid, that bidder may be eliminated from consideration for future projects.
