Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tiffin, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a 46,306-square-foot, two-story above grade fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; and playground / park / athletic field.
Tiffin Community Recreation Center BP#2 is a new two-story 46,306 square foot, PEMB recreation facility with basketball courts, turf area, meeting and office rooms, and elevated track. Qualifications are being requested for the following contracts: o Contract 03.30 - Cast In Place Concrete o Contract 04.00 - Masonry o Contract 05.00 - Steel Fabrication and Erection o Contract 06.00 - General Trades o Contract 08.33 - Rolling Doors and Shutters o Contract 08.40 - Aluminum Windows, Entrances, Glass/Glazing o Contract 09.20 - Gypsum Board Systems o Contract 09.30 - Tile o Contract 09.50 - Suspended Acoustical Ceiling and Acoustical Panels o Contract 09.64 - Wood Athletic Flooring o Contract 09.65 - Resilient Flooring, Base and Carpet o Contract 09.66 - Resilient Athletic Flooring o Contract 09.90 - Painting and Wall Covering o Contract 10.11 - Building Signage o Contract 11.66 - Athletic Equipment o Contract 21.00 - Fire Suppression o Contract 22.00 - Plumbing o Contract 23.00 - HVAC o Contract 26.00 - Electrical o Contract 32.18 - Athletic Turf Surfacing o Contract 32.90 - Landscaping Work for this project is anticipated to begin in August of 2025 and be substantially complete in October of 2026.
