The City of Tiffin intends to retain the services of a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) for a new two-story 45,706 square foot community recreation center. As such, they are initially requesting Qualification Statements from qualified firms to determine which firms will be offered the opportunity to submit their proposed fees for the project. The new two-story 45,706 square foot recreation facility to help meet the current needs of the community as well as plan for the future as Tiffin is one of the fastest growing cities in Iowa. Design work is currently at the end of the Schematic Design phase. Construction is intended to begin July 2025, and be completed in December 2026.
