The work involved includes the following: SCHEDULE I Construct New Electrical Vaults and Install Radio Controller Equipment Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond executed by a Surety Company or a certified check in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the total bid made payable to the City of Roswell. The Bidder must supply all the information required by the proposal forms and specifications and must bid on all items of every schedule. The City of Roswell reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all portions of, the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the opening thereof. Trade Restriction Certification Minimum wage rates as established by the Secretary of Labor and State of New Mexico are applicable to all schedules awarded for this project. Questions will be accumulated, and a reply will be issued by Addendum. Bidders identified on the plan holders list will be notified by email that an Addendum is available no later than five (5) business days before the scheduled Bid Opening. Questions received less than seven (7) business days prior to the time and date for opening Bids will not be answered.
