sealed Bids will be received by the City of Asbury Park for the "ASBURY PARK BOARDWALK RESTROOMS" Separate sealed bids for: GENERAL CONTRACT: ASBURY PARK BOARDWALK RESTROOM All work incidental thereto, including but not limited to the Asbury Park Boardwalk Restrooms and as required in accordance with the Project Manual. Bids must be accompanied by a guarantee in the amount of 10% of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish an acceptable Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond. All questions regarding the project should be directed to the Architect and received in writing only via email to: office@aiarchs.com. All questions or RFI's are to be submitted no later than 12:00pm on July 8, 2025. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids if it is in the best interest of the Owner to do so.
