Oldham County Fiscal Court Attn: Patrick Meador, County Treasurer 100 West Jefferson Street, Suite 4 LaGrange, Kentucky 40031 • Oldham County Fiscal Court, a public agency, is accepting bids from qualified suppliers for a total of 4,000 tons of road salt. A total of 4,000 tons will be needed with the acceptation of obligation to 2,500 tons and the remainder on standby. These amounts can be modified slightly, if necessary, with approval from the Road Department Director Ben Kimbler. The salt must be treated with anti-caking compound. • Price must include delivery and billing to the following locations. Delivery of 2,500 tons to Oldham County Road Department, 4 Quality Place, Buckner Kentucky 40010. Bill to Oldham County Fiscal Court, 100 W Jefferson St, Suite 4, LaGrange KY 40031. • Reiterate, total of 4,000 tons will be needed with the acceptation of obligation to 2,500 tons, remainder on standby. • Delivery for the initial amount of 2,500 tons can begin starting 8/1/2025. the scheduled, public Fiscal Court meeting. Oldham County Fiscal Court reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or reject any or all bids based on predetermined criteria of: past performance, cost, comprehensiveness of bid proposal, etc.
