Site work for a water / sewer project in La Grange, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be bid upon is described as follows: o EAST PEAK ROAD SEWER EXTENSION: including but not limited to 900' 10" Sanitary Sewer, 4 Manholes, rock removal, and all other incidentals. o EAST PEAK ROAD WATER MAIN EXTENSION: including but not limited to 984' 12" HDPE Water main, 50' 20" Casing pipe, 2 fire hydrants, rock removal and all other incidentals. Bidders are encouraged to submit all RFIs as early as possible in the process. Direct all RFI inquires to the Construction Manager Doug Wood at dwood@hollenbach-oakley.com. RFI inquiries must come from the selected bidder. Questions received directly from subcontractors and vendors will not be addressed. Please submit questions by 5:00 PM on Monday, 8/18/2025.
