Phos Precip 1, sodium aluminate or equivalent aluminumbased product for plant phosphorus removal. Pricing is in dollars per 275-gallon tote. Primary usage is April through October. Annual usage is approximately 80 totes. The Utility has full discretion on awarding this bid based on performance, price, and service. Any product must be tested and approved on-site in jar tests and full-scale for a minimum of 30 days at the vendor's expense. Phosphorus removal chemicals must be compatible with existing biological system and neither increase sludge production nor sludge quality, nor cause changes to existing polymer. Product must be delivered in returnable totes.All pricing is FOB to the La Grange Utilities Wastewater treatment plant. Bidder must pick up empty totes upon delivery. No tote deposits will be made by the utility.
