Questions will be answered no less than three (3) days prior to bid close date and time Coweta County is accepting sealed proposals for the construction of six (6) pickleball and two (2) tennis courts at Leroy H. Johnson Park. The work includes fine grading, paving, surfacing, striping, fencing, and equipment installation. Rough grading and stormwater infrastructure will be completed by the County in advance. Lighting is excluded from this contract. Bid Security Requirements: Bid bonds are not required for the RFP, however, the successful bidder for this contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and labor and material payment bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The contractor must meet all licensing and insurance requirements as outlined in the RFP.
