Site work for a water / sewer project in Senoia, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor to upgrade two submersible raw sewage pump stations with two new triplex pump stations. The upgrades include new cast in place rectangular wet wells, valve vaults, submersible pumps, generator sets, and bypass pumps, all complete with appurtenances, and abandoning two existing pump stations in place. Construction time is 330 consecutive calendar days for substantial completion and 365 days for final completion. All bidders must have a State of Georgia Utility Contractor License and employ a state "Utility Manager" certificate holder for work oversight. Proposals must be made on the provided form, including prices in words and figures. Each proposal requires a Bid Bond of at least 5% of the lump sum bid. Performance and Payment Bonds, each for 100% of the contract amount, must be furnished within 10 days after contract award notification. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
