The Town of Edgartown is requesting qualified engineering and architectural firms within the meaning of and in accordance with M.G.L. c.7C, 44-57, to submit ap-plications stating their qualifications for the Phase 1 of the Edgartown Lighthouse project. A contract will be awarded within thirty (30)days after the deadline, if a proposal is se-lected. The times for award may be extended for up to thirty (30) additional days by mutual agreement between the Town and the selected applicant. The Town of Edgar-town reserves the right to reject any and allbids and to waive any informality in bids re-ceived whenever such rejection or waiver isin its best interest. Scheduled Site Visit: Prior to July 1, 2025 Anticipated Contract Award Date: August 9. 2025 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
