The Work of Providing Labor, Equipment, and Material for the City of Marion Wastewater Treatment Plant and Collection System Upgrades, Contract No. 5 Marion Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Critical Point Repair Areas - Cwsrf Project. Contract No. 5 The Successful Bidder Must Furnish a Performance Bond for One Hundred (100%) of the Bid Amount and a Payment Bond for One Hundred (100%) Percent of the Bid Amount and Must Secure His Bond From a Tract Time is Exceeded. The Contractor May Apply for an Extension of Time in Accordance With the Provisions of the Contract; However, Such an Extension Must Be Approved Prior to the Contract Completion Date to Avoid the Imposition of Liquidated Damages. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Informality in Any Bid, and to Accept Any Bid Considered Advantageous to the Owner. The Contractor Shall Note That Funds for This Project Are Provided Through Cwsrf (Clean Water State Revolving Funds). All Applicable Federal Guidelines Must Be Met. Question Deadline: 07/04/2025: All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
