This includes but is not limited to: o Removal of existing glass and sealants o Preparation of window frames o Installation of new commercial-grade glass o Application of sealants o Site cleanup and proper disposal Scope of Work 1. Removal o Carefully remove existing damaged or outdated glass panels. o Remove all associated sealants, gaskets, and debris. o Ensure safe and proper disposal of removed materials in compliance with local regulations. 2. Preparation o Inspect and clean all existing window frames. Repair or replace damaged frames, gaskets, or components as necessary (unless specified under a separate scope). o Accurately measure window openings to confirm sizing of replacement glass. 3. Glass Installation o Supply and install new glass panels per project specifications. o Terminal 1 Gate A-4: (60" x 86") Low-E Tinted Tempered Insulated Glass (IG) o Operations Center Room 521: (18 5/8" x 49"), 1" Tinted Tempered Glass o Install glazing accessories such as setting blocks, glazing stops, gaskets, and compatible sealants. o Ensure glass is level, plumb, and installed in accordance with current industry standards and best practices
