Renovation of a swimming pool in Edina, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to evaluate and prequalify Subcontractors for work on the City of Edina - Aquatics Center Improvements project. Based upon evaluation of the responses to the RFQ, the successful Responders will be eligible to submit competitive proposals for work and enter into a contract with Hoffmann + Uhlhorn Construction Company, the Construction Manager at Risk (CM@r) for the project. The Aquatics Center Improvement project will include an expansion of the existing pool equipment room, pool equipment replacement, and construction of shade structures on the pool deck. The estimated total cost of construction is approximately $6,000,000 and construction is anticipated to start August 25, 2025 and be substantially complete by May 22, 2026.
