The Christ the Redeemer Catholic Separate School Division (CTR) requires an experienced Roofing Contractor to assist with replacing one section of the roof at Sacred Heart Academy located in Strathmore, AB. It is CTR's intent that the replacement is completed as soon as possible. The design intent for the Work is to provide a new singly-ply roof system, including all flashings and accessories, to achieve the following: 1) Improve drainage conditions. 2) Improve thermal efficiency. 3) Remain watertight including flashing and penetrations. 4) Remain intact for all wind events less than the 1:50 interval published by the National Building Code of Canada.
