The selected firm(s) will provide comprehensive construction inspection services, including but not limited to the following: 1. Pre-Construction Phase Review of project plans and specifications Attendance at pre-construction meetings Site readiness assessments 2. Construction Phase Daily/weekly on-site inspection of construction work for compliance with approved plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards Inspection of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and utility installations Coordination with general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and Santa Ana Pueblo personnel Inspection documentation (daily logs, photo records, deficiency notices) 3. Post-Construction Phase Participation in punch list and final walkthroughs Verification of corrective actions Final inspection reports and close-out documentation 4. Reporting & Documentation Preparation of regular status reports Maintenance of accurate and complete inspection records Immediate notification of non-conforming work or safety violations This right is at the sole discretion of Santa Ana Pueblo Licensing Requirements: The Contractor and subcontractors shall comply with all licensing laws, IBC Codes and regulations. The Contractor shall, as part of the offeror, provide copies of all of the Contractor's valid License and other applicable licenses which are necessary to perform the work in the State of New Mexico and Tribal land. Copies of the subcontractors' licenses need be provided only if requested of the Owner. Subcontractors: Any request for substitution on the part of the Owner or the Offeror shall require Owner's approval, of subcontractors after award(s) and prior to contract execution may cause the Offeror to be disqualified. Non-Conforming Offerors: Offerors will be reviewed, for completeness, format and compliance with the requirements of the RFP. Incomplete offerors will be considered non-responsive and subject to rejection. Offerors that are qualified with condition a clauses, alterations, items not called for in the RFP documents, or irregularities of any kind are subject to rejection by the Owner, a option. Santa Ana Pueblo reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities in the selection process
