The City of Kelowna is seeking proposals from a collaborative and capable Design Builder to lead the on-water components of the City Park Swim Venue-an iconic waterfront destination that aims to enhance recreational access, restore the natural shoreline, and celebrate Kelowna's history and Indigenous heritage. The project will also establish a continuous waterfront connection between Hot Sands Beach, City Park, and Kerry Park. The successful proponent will work closely with the City and its Owner's Engineer team to address constructability, environmental, and heritage considerations, and may be invited to negotiate a subsequent contract for detailed design and construction upon successful completion of pre-construction design services.
