The project includes the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision required for the installation of new underground services, including storm sewer, sanitary sewer, watermain, and forcemain systems. Work also involves major corridor upgrades along Central Avenue, such as full road reconstruction, new sidewalks, curbs, medians, multi-use paths, and lighting improvements. The scope includes construction of retaining walls, new guardrails and handrails, pavement markings, signage, and accessibility features. Streetscaping enhancements will add trees, shrubs, seating, bike amenities, and other public realm improvements. The project also includes property and driveway restoration and other related work as shown in the contract documents.
