Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Bay Street- Municipal Servicing Upgrades. The work can be described to include the removal of existing concrete curb, milling existing street asphalt, full width street recapitalization, installation of new watermain, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer improvements as required. Additionally new sanitary and water mains are to be " jack and bored" under the existing rail tracks. Existing underground infrastructure is to be capped and abandoned as indicated. Active Transportation improvements will be installed between Haley Rd and East Main Street stopping sought of existing rail crossing. All traffic control, environmental controls, utility coordination and rail coordination, and service upgrades.
