The District of Kitimat (the "District") requests Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to design a site layout and supply spray park features for a new outdoor water spray park located at Lion's Park within Kitimat, BC (the "Site Location"). The new public spray park is within Kitimat's city centre and serves to enhance downtown amenities and attract more people to its core. The successful Proponent would provide proposed site layout options for spray park features based on District preferences and supply the spray park features to be installed and commissioned by others.
